Why We Started TPC
Consistency is key, that's why we created The Peach Club. Founded by Hayden Korte-Moore, out of a need to find a movement routine that was effective, approachable and affordable. A ritual that she could do consistently amongst the chaos of daily life.

Peach Club workouts have changed my life, this week marks a full year of doing 4-5 of them a week with 5-8 pounds... with no real goal of loosing weight but just being happy and feeling confident and loving my body, but I went from a size 32 to a size 24 and I feel so strong, can run faster and longer and have abs for the first time in my life and love my body which is wild to be able to sayÂ

I've been using your platform for three months now, and I did not know I could sweat so much from low-impact movement. Not to be dramatic, but it's been life changingÂ
I just want to thank you for these workouts. Since having my son 8.5 months ago I haven't found anything that is motivating me to regularly move my body. Everything felt too long, overwhelming or ineffective.
